Cosmic Path Yoga Meditation
I’m Adriana (she/they), a queer yoga and meditation guide based in Edinburgh, Scotland. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago and has been a source of healing, resilience, and spiritual growth. What started as a personal practice grew into a calling to share the magic of yoga as a tool for connection, self-discovery, and collective liberation.
My path has taken me through Guatemala, South and Central America, India, Nepal, and Thailand, where I trained, taught, and deepened my understanding of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. I’ve dedicated months to silent meditation retreats with spiritual mentors, experiences that continue to shape my practice and teaching.
Today, I teach with Queer Yoga Edinburgh CIC, a grassroots collective creating inclusive, accessible, and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ communities. I’m also part of Art and Spirituality CIC, where we bring the practices of yoga and meditation into community spaces.
As a trauma-informed teacher, I welcome every body and every experience level. My approach is body-positive and free from ableism, centring accessibility, choice, and care. For me, yoga is not about perfect shapes or flexibility—it’s about presence, connection, and the ways we show up for ourselves and each other, both on and off the mat.
I believe yoga is deeply social: it’s about building community, practising solidarity, and remembering that our liberation is intertwined. In our practice together, we explore not only movement and breath, but also the radical rest, compassion, and collective healing.
