Cygnus Support

Cygnus Support is a mental health charity based in Ashington, Northumberland. We offer supportive talking therapies to people across Northumberland. We also offer training and educational wellbeing workshops to businesses, schools and professionals. We offer a supportive network, CPD and supervision for anyone working in mental health and emotional wellbeing.
