Dr Ranj Sagoo is a GP, certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and the founder of a pioneering coaching and hypnotherapy practice dedicated to transforming the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of professionals. With nearly 20 years of medical experience and a background that uniquely blends coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, counselling, and holistic health, Dr Ranj helps high-achieving individuals break free from stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

Dr Ranj’s approach is deeply human and highly effective. His programmes empower clients to explore the root causes of their struggles, shift limiting beliefs, and rewire their mindset to build resilience, clarity, and confidence. Whether guiding clients through major life transitions, resolving deep-seated trauma, or helping them rediscover balance and joy, he brings a compassionate and transformative presence to every session.
