Dr Roberta Babb
With a career nearly spanning 20 years Dr Babb is authentic, creative and highly qualified. She has drawn to the field of through her curiosity about human behaviours and the thinking and decision-making processes which underpin and influence them. Dr Roberta Babb is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, Registered Forensic Psychologist, an Organisational Consultant, Executive Coach and Wellbeing and Life Psychologist. Dr Babb is registered with the HCPC, member of the BPS (DCP and DFP), and the BPC and is a Principal Psychologist with the ABP.
Dr Babb runs her own successful psychology practice which offers therapy, supervision, training, and organisational consulting. Her specialist interests include adult forensic clinical psychology and psychotherapy, race, culture diversity, organisational culture and leadership and team development business development.
Dr Babb is public speaker, a writer and regularly provides a psychology commentary on current events, race and diversity, knife crime and dating and relationship on television and media. and executive coach. Dr Babb has a BSc Hons in Psychology, an MSc in Forensic Psychology and a Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She also has postgraduate diplomas in Clinical Supervision and Consultancy and Organisational Development and Executive Coaching and completed a four-year training course in forensic psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Movell Dash
Movell Dash has a working career that spans 30 year, covering Law and Programme and Project Management and now focuses on Diversity and Inclusion and Coaching. Movell is a qualified Barrister, Project Manager and Coach and is a member of the Association for Project Management and Middle Temple Inns of Court. She is a Gallup certified and Oxford Brookes validated coach and has worked extensively in both the Public and Private sectors.
Movell’s current career focus is on Diversity and Inclusion and Coaching and as such she has worked with a variety of organisations and she is viewed as a specialist subject matter expert whose expertise is sought in matters of policy, strategy and project design and delivery. Her expertise was recently recognised at the 2019 Investing in Ethnicity Awards where she was honoured as one of the Top 10 Future Leaders in Diversity and Inclusion.
As a skilled and experienced public speaker Movell has spoken on topics including equality and diversity, Imposter Syndrome, project management, career development and coaching. She is a well respected speaker and uses these skills volunteering within local communities where she has worked with students at school and university level speaking and delivering workshops on goal setting and career development.
Having sat on boards as a School Governor and Director, Movell has a working knowledge of governance process and practice and has used her skills and experience in this area to coach and mentor women returning to work and seeking board placements. Movell is committed to empowering women in the workplace and provides strengths based coaching to women returning to work from extended leave and those newly entering professions to improve confidence, self-esteem and productivity.
Movell is the owner and founder of Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy and Executive coaching practice Modas Personal Development. Movell provides consultancy for a range of companies in the private and public sectors including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Goldsmith University. As part of her practice Movell provides strengths based coaching for individuals and teams which is proven to increase confidence and productivity. Executive coaching is provided for C-Suite executives across a variety of sectors.
Gillian Babb
Gillian Babb is a senior HR professional with over 15 years of generalist HR experience in the private sector. She serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, talent development, management and leadership coaching, corporate strategy and HRIS implementation.
Gillian has a BA Hons Degree in International Business and French and is an associate member of the CIPD, having completed a CIPD level 7 PG Dip in Human Resource Management.
Having spent a number of years working in-house for global matrix structured organisations, Gillian has experience in supporting senior leadership and in developing and engaging high performance teams through leadership and management training, performance management, coaching and driving the company cultural values.
Gillian has developed and facilitated several in-house training programmes including, recruitment, performance management and leadership. She has a people focused coaching style, with a positive and goal oriented mindset and thrives on sharing her knowledge and helping individuals to constantly work to develop and improve themselves.
With a particular interest in equality and diversity and inclusion matters, including supporting women in leadership roles, Gillian has spent several years supporting organisations in developing their women leaders and unlocking their full potential in order to really drive organisational success through people, strategic thinking and innovation.
Having served as a member of the senior leadership team in several organisations, as well as being a director of her own company, Gillian has a high level of commercial awareness and business acumen. With extensive experience of managing and leading teams herself, she is able to effectively understand, define and share leadership best practice.
