Director CEO Esther has over 30yrs experience of working in Social Care 25yrs as a Social Worker within both the independent and Local Authority organisations in Residential, Independent Consultant Reg 44 inspections and Fostering. Esther was also a Kinship Foster Parent for a number of years to her nephews. For the last 10yrs as a Social Worker Foster Care Trainer specialising as a qualified trainer in Parenting Programmes, specifically around Trauma, Attachment, Restorative Practice and Safeguarding children with a special focus of 'Safeguarding our Black and Brown Children from Racial Trauma'.
