Emma Priestley

Hi - my name is Emma and I'm hosting supper clubs from my home in Tunbridge Wells. I've lived and worked in London for 7 years as a Marketing Manager and decided around 2 years ago to quit my job and go travelling with my husband. We have spent most of our time freelancing and starting businesses in South America and Europe. In each place we have lived I have done lots of cooking classes and shopped at the local markets to cook with local ingredients. I've learnt a lot about food and want to share my experiences with you. I'm really passionate about where our food comes from so I try to source as much of the supper club ingredients locally as I can. I have also just started experimenting with fermented and perserved foods for health and taste reasons, so I look forward to working these into my dishes.
