Energy Industries Council (EIC)

The Energy Industries Council (EIC) is one of the world’s largest energy trade associations, representing companies that supply goods and services to the global energy sector. EIC is a not-for-profit organisation with a membership of over 800 companies, ranging from major energy operators and international contractors to specialised manufacturers and service providers.

Headquartered in London, the EIC also operates regional offices in Dubai, Houston, Kuala Lumpur, and Rio de Janeiro, with plans to open a European office in 2026. EIC delivers vital market intelligence through platforms such as EICDataStream, EICAssetMap, and EICSupplyMap, which monitor global energy projects and supply chain opportunities.

Hosting over 130 events each year, including the Energy Exports Conference, EIC Connect, meet-the-buyer sessions, UK Pavilions at international exhibitions, and trade delegations. In addition, EIC offers bespoke consultancy, tailored event solutions, and publishes key industry insight reports like the Survive & Thrive. In recognition of its contribution to international trade, EIC received the King’s Award for Enterprise in 2023 and was named Market Intelligence Platform of the Year at the OWI Global Awards.
