MasterChef: The Professionals Winner Steven Edwards is set to open his first restauarnt 'etch.' in Brighton. Opening in spring 2017 menus will focus on using fresh produce in and around the surrounding Sussex countryside.

Before the restaurant opens Steven is doing a number of pop ups and events to showcase the restaurants style.

Chefs prepare and serve the food in front of the guests explaining the history of the dish and where the ingredients have come from.
