Welcome to LetYourselfBe. I’m Ewa, a Burnout Coach, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner who helps individuals prevent burnout and recover from it in a compassionate way.
After years in a high-pressure environment, I experienced a stress-related absence followed by burnout. These experiences showed me how difficult burnout can be to recognise, especially when stress and anxiety have become “normal”. Today, I support people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck to recognise early warning signs, rebuild resilience, and regain clarity and balance.
