Flow Breathwork
Hey, I'm Adam.
I have four kids aged 5 and under, a dog and a cat and for the last 10 years I’ve been lucky enough to create a good work/life balance by working for myself and building businesses.
Amongst other things, I am a Breathwork coach, a musician, a tutor, and a property investor. I love martial arts, health & fitness and basically any types of self-development.
I consider myself very fortunate that I was introduced to some types of breathwork nearly 10 years ago - this sparked my interest in the whole world of breathing and that journey has led me to this point today.
I have experienced first hand how breathwork can help us regain control of our lives, how we can use it to navigate challenging times or overcome things that are holding us back. I’ve also experienced how we can better manage our stress and emotions, our sleep, our mental and physical health, and in doing so become happier and healthier individuals who can better support those around us.
I now feel absolutely driven to share this with as many people as possible – which is why I am now here. I do this through working with groups and individuals, at events, in the workplace, or anywhere else it takes me
