@helenazofianutrition: Helena is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a background in psychology. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with behaviour change, focusing on practical, sustainable habits rather than rigid rules. She helps people learn how to fuel their bodies in a way that supports energy, movement, and overall wellbeing—because when you feel good, you make good decisions, and that positivity will flow into every part of life.
