WHAT CLIENTS SAY

What has business coaching from Gilly delivered for your business?

Structural change: Overhaul of organisation structure and giving me the confidence to eject poor performers from the business. After this, we redrew the management structure in a much healthier fashion.

Behaviour change: Introduced the culture of action and much better communication. Changed us from zero management to weekly meetings, with a set agenda and detailed note taking & follow up. All actions are noted with deadlines and responsible parties. Communication is thought through as to who should be informed and when and regular lines of communication are encouraged between all departments.

Sales strategy: We had never had one! Gilly introduced a whole new way of scientifically thinking about sales targets and how to achieve them. What do we want to achieve and what level of activity will achieve it?

Performance Management: We went from zero thought, to drawing up quarterly 1:1s with everyone in the organisation from management to drivers. Goals are set and KPIs measured. These all drawn up in line with the company's strategic longer term goals, which are communicated to all members of the organisation.
