Greg is an experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry for over 23 years. His work experiences include Park Ranger, Park Ranger Supervisor, Correctional Officer, Code Enforcement Officer, Housing Inspector, and Lead Inspector in Arizona, California and Minnesota.

As a trainer and professional presenter for government, public and private sector groups Greg provides expert subject matter on topics including code enforcement, housing inspections, safety and policy and procedures.

Greg is a certified Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector through the American Association of Code Enforcement and the International Code Council, a Certified Situation Awareness Specialist (SAS), an AVERT Active Shooter Response Trainer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in The Administration of Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.

Greg’s training experiences include Academy Instructor for the City of Phoenix Park Ranger Academy, Field Training Officer/Supervisor for the Cities of Phoenix and Mesa Arizona, Loss Prevention Supervisor for the JCPenney Company and Lead Inspector for the City of Duluth.
