Formed in 2009, the Ilford BID is the Business Improvement District (BID) for Ilford. lford BID’s key aims are to improve Ilford for businesses, workers, consumers, stakeholders and the public. A Business Improvement District (BID) is a proven way of providing funds to deliver additional services that local businesses believe will enhance the trading environment and services over and above the usual council provision.
