I am a qualified food scientist, permaculturist, macrobiotic health coach, mum to 4 lovely girls and assorted animals. I am a  passionate foodie and have vast knowledge in the field of real food, gut health and the link between health and diet. 

During the last 7 years I've been fermenting all types of food and nowadays I consider myself a fermentation expert and addict!

I am also a  passionate plant-based foodie and love to share simple but delicious food, with a probiotic twist!
