Joe Taylor – President, Diligent Management Group

Joe Taylor is the founder and president of Diligent Management Group, a company focused on elevating the real estate closing experience across Southwest Florida. With over 25 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, Joe launched Marketplace Title in 2007, Florida Property Title in 2022, and now leads Diligent Management Group, which oversees operations for both. Alongside his business partner and real estate attorney David A. Burt, Joe’s mission is to support local real estate professionals through education, innovation, and meaningful collaboration.

Diligent Management Group proudly hosts classes, networking events, and CE courses designed to support the real estate community’s growth and success. This includes Florida’s newly approved CE course, “Understanding the Title Settlement Process” — a first-of-its-kind course created to give agents the confidence and clarity they need to better serve clients in today’s evolving market.
