JOOY YOGA
JOOY Yoga is a South London–based yoga community founded by Joy Tareesut. I specialise in helping beginners and returners build confidence through small-group classes, themed series, and welcoming community events.
My approach is all about balance — breath-led movement, clear guidance, and a focus on building strength and mobility without pressure or pretence.
You’ll find me teaching local classes across Brixton Hill, Streatham, Herne Hill and Dulwich, as well as online courses and workshops designed to support you in real life, not just on the mat.
