As a life coach and counsellor with a Bachelor of Social Work, I bring over 35 years of experience along with specialized training in Expressive Arts therapy and Depth Psychology which explores the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and stories that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I am also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation. Blending depth psychology with practical strategies, creativity, spirituality, and humour, I help people uncover their true selves and live with greater authenticity.
