Raised in Jackson, MS, Tromane McTiller’s journey into financial services wasn’t planned—it was personal. After studying psychology at Jackson State University, he found himself facing the same struggle that holds so many back: a lack of financial knowledge and access to the right resources. When he couldn’t find a firm willing to help, he took matters into his own hands—getting licensed, mastering the industry, and rewriting the playbook for financial freedom.

Tromane quickly rose through the ranks, reaching Regional Vice President at one of the country’s largest financial firms before becoming an Executive Marketing Director at another. But titles weren’t enough. He wanted impact. That’s why he founded MFIVE & Associates—not just to sell policies, but to create a movement that helps individuals and families build generational wealth, break financial barriers, and take control of their future.
