NSPCC

We're the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

Our Merry Little Christmas Concert raises money for Childline which is a life-changing service provided by the NSPCC. A child contacts our Childline service every 25 seconds. They talk to us about things like bullying, self-harm and depression. Problems that children often feel they can’t talk to anyone else about.

With your generosity and support Childline can be here to help those young people find their voice.

We’re here for children who feel they have no one else to talk to and nowhere else to turn. Every day of the year, 24 hours a day, our counsellors are there to listen, whatever their worry, online and on the phone.

The good news is that many children did find the courage to speak to us last year and get the help they need so they can get their life back on track.

But the simple truth is, we can only respond to 3 out of 4 children who need our help. It’s only with the support of people like you that Childline can continue to be there for the children who desperately need us so that they can look to the next day with hope.
