Over 2 decades of professional and academic training and experience in wellbeing, delivering ecotherapy, yoga nidra, nsdr, integrative meditation, creative courses, speaking and memory skills coaching, walking and support groups in varied contexts. I have a professional (and academic) interest in neuroscience, architecture for health and wellbeing, particle physics, product design, history, nature and horticulture and how we engage the self within space and place to enhance wellbeing, creativity, connection and health. Nearly all of my sessions have been created as a need that i have also had in the past.
I am known for elegantly weaving unique elements creatively into every session to guide personal engagement with the self and space we find ourselves in, offering a truly unique experience each time. Humour and an open heart run throughout my sessions.
I think we all know by now the emotional, physical and life benefits of mindfulness, walking, nature and socialising . I aim to create a range of sessions to show just how easy and simple it is to achieve connectedness with self, space and place, no matter where you find yourself, inside (yourself) and outside (yourself), stuck at home all day or out in the wilds.
I try to offer accessible sessions whenever I can and I deliver focused closed group sessions for those with chronic fatigue, chronic pain, brain injury and other disabilities. See my website for further details.
As a Ramblers UK walk leader, I also offer (FREE) wellness walks on behalf of Ramblers UK and the London Borough of Camden Wellness campaign and am a member and alumni of the Yoga Nidra Network.

Space and place do not faze me, in person or virtual, I have lead sessions as afar afield as South Africa, floating in swimming pools, from hospital beds, in art galleries, in buildings of architectural significance and even by archeological sites in Greece.
