Poplar HARCA is an award-winning Housing and Regeneration Community Association in East London.

Though providing homes is a crucial part of what we do we consider ourselves a “community investors.” Our Communities and Neighbourhood directorate focus on community wellbeing and help to develop our communities to thrive.

The strength of our communities affects all aspects of our life from our health and wellbeing to our local economy and environment. Our team respond to local needs, work holistically, build trust in the communities we serve, maximise the local knowledge and connections at our fingertips. Under the umbrella of Community Development and Wellbeing we deliver tailored wellbeing programmes, manage community assets, deliver social enterprise in the form of cafes, offer cheap child care services and volunteering.
