RochesterWorks Workshops

RochesterWorks is one of New York State’s most effective and innovative workforce development organizations, and the Greater Rochester area’s largest provider of workforce and career readiness services. Our workshops help job seekers strengthen resumes, interview skills, and job search strategies; guide career changers in exploring new paths and leveraging transferable skills; and support entrepreneurs—including those in the Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP). Whether in-person or virtual, our offerings give participants the knowledge and tools to increase job readiness, improve retention, and build long-term career success.
