A native of Compostela, Cebu, Philippines. Singer-songwriter with five albums or part of to his name. Band Leader of ANAKPAWIS (brothers), and Rolly Wagas at SINAGLAHI. Shared stage or performed with ASIN, Ang Grupong Pendong, Joey Ayala, Noel Cabangon, Buklod, Agaw Agimat, The Jerks, Musikang Bayan, Aegies, Parokya ni Edgar, Blues Artist Wayne Sharp (USA) and more. Part of albums with Musikang Bayan, Gary Granada, Cokkie Chua, and The Jerks. Music production collaboration with Mel Libre (songwriter, radio dj, and columnist), and Marc Daniel Nelsen --- a Grammy Nominated Producer and Mixing Engineer.

A passionate advocate of Bisaya Music and culture; creator and host of the first online radio streaming Radyo Bisdak (in hybernation); organizer of BISCAL (Bisdak California).

Rolly Wagas migrated to the USA with his family in 2006 and is currently based in Elk Grove California as a full time Musician, Event Organizer, and Event Tech Provider (RD AUDIO). Rolly also works as a Show Director for hire.
