Second Chance Hiring Alliance

The Second Chance Hiring Alliance (SCHA) is convened by the Council for Court Excellence and led by a Core Group of D.C.-based business and nonprofit leaders, workforce development programs, government agencies, and directly-impacted residents. We equip our members and partners with information and tools to successfully second chance hire and to create meaningfully inclusive working environments.
