Smart Works Greater Manchester

“Get the Clothes. Get the Confidence. Get the Job” –Smart Works Charity harnesses the power of clothes and confidence to allow a woman to be her best at a crucial moment in her life, giving her the confidence, the self-belief and the practical tools required to transform her life.

Since 2015, Smart Works has supported over 2000 unemployed women from across Greater Manchester and the wider North-West region. We provide employment support for unemployed women, aged 16 years upwards throughout their employment journey. Amazingly, 70% of the women supported have been successful at securing employment.
