Get Families Talking is an intergenerational model of delivery developed by Smartlyte. Birmingham based, dedicated to empowering communities through practical, inclusive training and digital support. We specialise in delivering high-impact masterclasses and workshops for small organisations, community groups, and individuals — with a focus on developing capacity and confidence. We deliver Masterclasses on a variety of topics including Excel, Canva, Social Media, AI and Digital Health.

Our mission is to break down barriers to learning by making skills accessible, relevant, and easy to apply in real life. From Excel for beginners to digital health tools and Canva creativity sessions, we help people build confidence, improve services, and strengthen community impact.
