Social Justice Collective

Social Justice Collective are a collective of women and non-binary folk of colour, anti-oppression professionals, who believe that civil society has a central role to play in tackling the multiple oppressions faced by individuals and groups. Our vision is to enable key players to use their power to build social and racial justice.

We offer learning programmes, organisational reviews, coaching and consultancy to support communities and organisations to create social justice.

The SJC Circle is supported by Social Justice Collective. The goal of the SJC Circle is to build and accelerate sector-wide capacity for EDI and social justice. This will be achieved by providing a programme of learning, expert support, resource, action learning, and collective strategizing for people doing social justice and EDI work across civil society.

The impact of this model will be two-fold: to help support those engaged in the essential and straining work of building justice, equity, diversity and inclusion within the social sector and also to build the effectiveness of this work for the sector as a whole.
