Tom Clendon

Tom is the famous ACCA SBR guru, podcaster, and a former examiner and marker. Over the last 30 years he has helped thousands of students pass their ACCA final level accountancy papers. In 2009 he was awarded PQ Tutor of the Year, and in 2023 was awarded a PQ special award for his Podcast.

His pioneering online courses embrace the principle of “disintermediation”, meaning that throughout the course students build a direct relationship with Tom through continuous personal support through what’s app, marking homework, feedback on exams etc.

As a SBR subject expert, ACCA has trusted Tom to write many articles and deliver a variety of student seminars. He has also worked with ACCA in leading train the trainer courses to support other lecturers adapt to SBR syllabus changes and online teaching.

For many years he was the lead tutor for Kaplan (FTC) in London, and has also lived and worked in South East Asia.
