Booking and Event TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: Thank you for booking to go to one of our events.  Eventbrite payments are made via credit card or invoice. Once payment has been taken, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite and a PDF VAT receipt (this can also be downloaded from ‘Your Orders’ on Eventbrite). For group bookings of six or more please email and a Group Invoice will be emailed to you. If you request to be invoiced, payment terms will be 7 days from invoice date.

Full payment must be received in advance of the event.

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE: Upon completing your booking you will receive an automatic confirmation via Eventbrite. The dispatch by us of an email confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract. If you have not received your confirmation email immediately after submission of your booking, please call 07798503483 to let us know.  We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information and reserve the right to decline any booking.

CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be made in writing by email to and a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancellation. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of query. Cancellations received up to 10 working days before the event will be refunded in full less an admin fee of 20% of the ticket price paid. We will be unable to refund any cancellations received within ten working days of the event or in the event of a no show.  That said, you will be permitted to transfer your registration to a substitute participant. Substitutions on the day of the event are made at our.

Voice At The Table cannot offer any refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport.  If the event is cancelled, we will retain up to 50% of the event fee to cover event venue and administration costs.

DATA PROTECTION: The information you have provided will be kept on file for future registration use and will be shared only with the official event partners.  As a delegate at one of our events, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If you would like to be excluded from further communications from event partners please email



EQUAL ACCESS: We want to ensure everyone has equal access to information about our event. If you require assistance at the event, please contact us on or 07798503483 at least 72 hours prior to an event. One of our event team will be happy to discuss your needs.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Vegetarian meals are available at all Voice At The Table Ltd events. If you have any other dietary needs please email up to one week before the event and we will do our best to accommodate you.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY: Please note that we take photographs, video and audio footage of the event, which may include speakers and attendees.  This may later be used in editorial features and/or in marketing and promotional material. If you wish not to be included in any footage please speak to the event organiser onsite at the event.

Audio and visual recordings or the distribution of commercial materials are not permitted without our prior consent. We can accept no liability for damage to or loss of personal belongings at the event venue.

SPEAKER CONFIRMATION & CHANGES: We arrange our events and speakers up to 12 months in advance and, as the date of the conference approaches, sometimes speakers are prevented from attending for personal or business reasons. We cannot guarantee the attendance of any speaker and appreciate your understanding. In the case a speaker does cancel, we will endeavour to find suitable replacement speaker of the same calibre.
