Recharging Walks with Anise

I'm a Resilience Coach who can often be found wandering in London parks.

I'm a huge advocate of walking as it can be done by (mostly) anyone, (nearly) anywhere. Walking instantly changes how we feel, supports our physical and mental health, relieves stress and helps us think better.

My own experiences of work stress drove my interest in how we can live and work in ways that are good for our wellbeing. In 2015 I founded Walk Coach Learn to create coaching walks that give walkers space to reflect, recharge and connect. As well as in person wanders, I've been inviting people from different cities and countries to walk, think and talk together online.
