Wester Ross Dark Skies Festival 2024

The Wester Ross Dark Skies Festival is organised by Wester Ross UNESCO Biosphere to celebrate our spectacular dark skies and to promote understanding and benefits of spending time in the dark. We invite local businesses, organisations and individuals to host events under the banner of the festival whilst also organising some of our own events, such as planetarium shows. This year we have invited Cosmos Planetarium to Lochcarron, Ullapool and Poolewe to share the wonders of the universe in their immersive pop up dome!
