Cocktails are a great way to impress your guests and help to really step up your event a gear or two. Hurricane: Jamie Oliver’s Drinks Tube
25ml Freshley squeezed lime juice
50ml Freshley pressed orange juice
20ml Passion fruit syrup
5ml Grenadine
25ml Dark rum
25ml White rum
Garnish with orange slice and glace cherry

I’ve Got 99 Bourbons, But A Beech Ain’t One: Buffolo Trace
50ml Buffalo Trace
15ml Corn Syrup
6-7 Mint Leaves
2 Dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Chocolate Soil*
Add all ingredients into the Julep tin and half fill with crushed ice. Churn with a bar spoon. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and chocolate soil.
*Boil 100g sugar and 2 tbs water until golden brown, add 70g chocolate. Remove from heat, whisk for 2 minutes.

Marmalade Mule: Chase Vodka
50ml Chase Marmalade Vodka
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
15ml Freshly squeezed lime
Premium Ginger Beer to top
Build all ingredients in a glass over ice and garnish with fresh slices of lime and ginger.
Hibiscus Mojito: Wahaca
4 Lime Wedges
10ml Gomme
10-12 Mint leaves
35ml Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila
35ml Apple juice
12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup
Muddle the lime wedges with sugar syrup. Add the mint and other liquid ingredients. Add crushed ice and churn well with a bar spoon. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
Brockmans 75: Brockmans Gin
Add 40ml Brockmans to a shaker filled with ice cubes
Add 25ml Lemon juice
Add 15ml Sugar syrup
Shake and strain into a champagne flute glass
Top with Champagne/Prosecco & garnish with lemon zest
The Glen Moray Triple Wood
60ml Glen Moray Classic Single Malt Whisky
10ml White Port
10ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
Dash of Bob’s Lavender Bitters
Stir over ice and strain into a chilled goblet. Serve garnishing with orange peel twist
and a sprig of heather.
Nosferatini: Zetter Townhouse
50ml Beefeater Gin
15ml Dry Martini
2 Drops Drink Factory Blood Solution.
Place ice blocks into a glass, add the gin, add the vermouth, stir & double strain. Add 2 drops of blood at either end of the glass (representing Dracula’s fangs)

The Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin Negroni
30ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Combine Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with orange peel
Highwayman Spritz: Highwayman Gin
35ml Bittermans citron sauvage liqueur
15ml lemon juice
Stir in wine glass of ice and add Prosecco and a slice of grapefruit.
Domaine de Canton Breeze
Domaine de Canton French Ginger Liqueur
30ml Dark Rum
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Build on the rocks and stir.

30ml Vestal blended potato vodka

25ml Liverpol Rose Gin
5ml White Cacoa
2.5ml Sugar syrup
1 dash Peychaud bitters

Reverse Pina Colada: Ladies and Gentlemen
25ml Anejo rum
25ml Koko Kanu coconut rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
15ml Lime juice
50ml Pineapple juice
Shake and strain over new ice with coconut foam, pineapple wedge, salt garnish.
