Is there parking available?

Limited free parking available at our venue, gates to our carpark have to be locked during the dance (stipulated by venue managers).

Question 2

It is possible to park nearby?

Accepted Answer

On road single yellows are free on Sundays, otherwise there are a number of car parks (MiPermit) for a fee.

Question 3

What is arrival time, when do your doors close?

Accepted Answer

Ideally between 9:45am (doors open) and 10:15. Our door closes at 10:30am, this helps us to create a safe space - enables our dancers to fully let go and go deep into their dance. The feedback is this is very much wanted. Please arrive in plenty of time to park/settle in.

Can I sit out the opening circle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we understand some of us prefer not to be part of the circle, its more than fine to sit this out in our reception or kitchen areas.

Question 5

Can I leave during the dance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can leave at any time you wish - our volunteers will let you out and close the door after you - this again helps us to maintain a safe space for everyone.

Question 6

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however children must be accompanied by a responsible adult on a 1:1 (1 adult, 1 child) basis at all times to ensure the child is safe. We do not provide child care and cannot guarantee a child's safety if they are left on their own. See our child policy: www.ecstaticdance-bath.co.uk

What sort of music do your DJs play?

Accepted Answer

Hypnotic tribal rhythms, global fusion grooves, soulful jazz and dub, and rich layers of electronica, from ambient textures and downtempo beats to the occasional pulse of deep house or psytrance. Ancestral voices, medicine music and ritual tones often weave through our mixes..  most genres.

Refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not offered, unless our event is cancelled for unforeseen reasons. We will transfer your ticket to a future dance if you ask us the day before, email: abi@ecstaticdance-bath.co.uk

Question 9

Can I volunteer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ask that our volunteers have already danced with us at least twice. We offer volunteers a free dance in exchange for volunteering, please email us to obtain further details: abi@ecstaticdance-bath.co.uk
