Origami Diamond Decorations (ATOCY, morning)

Join Laura from L & S Crafts at A Touch of Craft Yorkshire, a craft space near Ossett, for a relaxing origami workshop where you will learn how to fold and assemble 3D diamond decorations. During the session, Laura will guide you step-by-step through the creative process to ensure you feel comfortable, confident and develop the necessary skills to make your own beautiful baubles.

Throughout the workshop, you'll experience the calming and meditative nature of origami. As you become more familiar with the design and technique, you'll find yourself relaxing into the repetition of the folds. You will leave with not only a set of beautiful decorations to adorn your home, but also a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

All equipment and materials will be provided. You will be able to mix and match your choice of plain and patterned papers from a wide selection. Beads, threads and ribbons will be available to embellish your diamonds to make them truly unique.

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and those with some previous papercraft or origami experience.

Drinks are available to purchase (cash only) at the venue. There is free parking. Please note the craft room is on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.

Minimum age for participants is 18 years.
