This relaxed community session will help families better understand:

- Emotional regulation
- Autism and ADHD
- Behaviour and sensory differences
- Practical everyday support strategies
The session is designed to help parents and carers better understand the “why” behind behaviour and daily struggles, while providing practical support and a chance to connect with others.
