Hi, I’mAileen Whiteand I’ve been serving families for the past12 years since overcoming Tokophobia (fear of childbirth) and becoming a parent myself.I love to see people transform and grow from fear, into love for themselves and their family and others.  This process of change can take time, it can be a life's work, so be patient with yourself.In the sessions I offer, you will find a safe space to be heard and not fixed.  I invite you to listen, learn and discover in a way that suits you.  This might include silence or talking, art or creative writing, walking or being still.I recognise you can experience change and growth through all your senses so I purposely will offer creative ways for you to work things out for yourself using all those senses.If you are joining us online, do get a snack, drink, choose a comfortable relaxing place in your house and perhaps add a little quiet music to set the scene at home.My Birth Support CICis a registered Community Interest Company and we offer you bespoke support over the Internet or face to face in and around Canterbury, UK in groups or individually.You can find out morehere.  Wherever possible, we seek to make this support affordable, offering everything on a pay-what-you-can-basis and making further concessions available for low income families.
