Two hours. One focus. Expert support. And a judgement-free space to actually get stuff done.
If you know what needs doing at home but struggle to get started, stay focused, make decisions, or finish the job, the ADHD Declutter Club is designed for you.
Join us for a relaxed, practical two-hour session on a Sunday morning once a month, hosted by an ADHD Coach and Decluttering Expert.
Each month, we’ll start with around 10 minutes of practical education, a mini workshop or a suggested project. Every session has a different theme - from tackling the kitchen or sorting your wardrobe to organising a problem area or learning a better way to fold and store your clothes.
Then it’s time to get things done.
You can follow the month’s project, or choose whatever needs your attention that day. Maybe you need to declutter a cupboard, tackle the laundry mountain, clean the kitchen, organise paperwork, clear a surface or finally sort out that drawer.
At the beginning of the session, you’ll decide what you’re going to work on and commit to your goal for the next two hours.
Then take your laptop, tablet or phone with you and get started.
Throughout the session, you can ask questions live as they come up. Stuck deciding what to keep? Not sure where something should live? Lost momentum halfway through? Bring it to the group. You can also listen to other people’s questions and learn from the advice and ideas being shared.
The session combines:
- Body doubling to help you start and keep going
- Live Q&A with an ADHD Coach and Decluttering Expert
- Practical learning you can apply around your home
- Accountability by choosing and committing to what you want to accomplish
- Dedicated time to clean, declutter, tidy or organise
- A judgement-free community of people who understand that getting organised isn't always as simple as “just doing it”
There’s no expectation that your home should look a certain way, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
Come as you are, choose what you need to work on, and use the two hours in the way that will help you most.
Learn a little. Ask questions. Borrow some motivation. And actually get something done.
