This is Giovanni, the travelling baker and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign, an independent charity that researches and shares methods to produce better bread for communities ( without additives and preservatives)

Whether you are completely new to bread making or want to know the secret behind baking successful bread, then this course is the perfect place to get started. You’ll be guided through choosing the right ingredients, flour, kneading and shaping the dough, and how to get the right results in the oven.

This workshop is designed to take away your fears and show you how you can make successful bread in your kitchen at home. It will be a fully hands on experience, You will make 3 bread loaves, which at the end of the course, you will take home.
