Basic Bread Making Workshop

This is Giovanni : a baking teacher and ambassador for Real Bread Campaign

Suitable for all abilities this bread making workshop will take the fear out of baking and answer any questions you may have on kneading, shaping, scoring and proving.

We will make 3 bread loaves from scratch. I will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, proving, shaping, scoring, basting and baking

At the end of the workshop the participants will take home all the breads made during the afternoon

Learn new techniques, try different recipes, and meet fellow bread enthusiasts.
