Creative Reset: A Brain Break Workshop
A calm, practical session exploring how simple creative activities can help you pause, reset and think more clearly.
I am running a small trial workshop on Friday 12 June 2026.
This session is designed as a gentle creative reset — a chance to pause, step out of the usual pace of the day, and explore simple, practical ways to support your mental fitness.
This is not about being artistic. It is about using creativity in a different way: to slow down thinking, create space in the mind, and respond to pressure more clearly.
During the workshop, I will guide you through a series of accessible creative activities, inspired by neuroscience and art therapeutic practice. The focus is on process rather than outcome, with no pressure to perform or share anything personal.
My hope is that you leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and with a fresh perspective on how creativity can support wellbeing, clarity and connection in everyday life and work.
This is a trial session, as I continue to develop this work for organisations. I will be inviting your honest feedback at the end to help shape future workshops.
A photographer will also be present to capture the session and help bring this work to life. Images will be taken sensitively, and you are welcome to opt out at any point.
