By remanufacturing it, we significantly reduce waste and promote a circular economy.</li><li><a href="http://justclear.com/" title="http://justclear.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Just Clear</a>: A sustainable, award-winning, clearance service, committed to ensuring as many items as possible are reused and recycled locally in a transparent way.</li><li><a href="http://kapdaa.com/" title="http://kapdaa.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">KAPDAA</a>: A 360 degree solution for the borough's garment waste.</li><li>Kingston School of Art student project (Odette Dierkx): Featuring a product range of three chocolate bars infused with three different mushrooms (oyster mushroom, split gill mushroom and turkey tail mushroom) that biodegrade three different forms of plastic (PET, LDPE and PUR).</li><li><a href="https://www.kingston.gov.uk" title="https://www.kingston.gov.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston Council</a>: On hand to talk about local reuse and recycling policies and activities.</li><li><a href="https://www.kingston.gov.uk/climate-and-sustainability/green-economy" title="https://www.kingston.gov.uk/climate-and-sustainability/green-economy" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston Green Business Community</a>: A forum of over 130 businesses and organisations committed to reducing their environmental impact, promoting sustainability, eco-innovating and thriving.</li><li><a href="https://www.kingston.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/3d-design-innovation-ba-hons" title="https://www.kingston.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/3d-design-innovation-ba-hons" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston University London:</a> A variety of projects, including:</li><li>Presenting the early outcomes from a biomaterials workshop in which students have explored regenerative materials through existing open-source recipes.</li><li>Proof of concept brand book with visionary photoshoot and video and fully realized garments featuring digitally printed 100% hemp knit, Hemp PLA 3D printed notions.</li><li>Rooted in Place, which explores how interiors in the UAE can be designed entirely from local materials - transforming sand, date palm waste, and mud into luxurious, sustainable architecture.</li><li>A collaboration between Kingston University and Kingston Council promoting the safe disposal of unused and expired household medicines. Our poster highlights how students are partnering with local pharmacies to educate the public on responsible disposal practices that protect the environment.</li><li>A research poster, describing the results of a scoping review of research on nature-based interventions to support the wellbeing of healthcare professionals internationally, and the outline of a forthcoming research project that will explore how healthcare organisations can best harness the benefits of engaging with nature both for their employees and for nature itself.</li><li>Exhibiting research findings on the implementation of digital product passport for circular cupply chains in fashion.</li><li><a href="https://limetrack.earth/" title="https://limetrack.earth/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Limetrack</a>: Showcasing their smart wheelie bin technology which can help to reduce and track waste.</li><li><a href="https://www.locaerise.com" title="https://www.locaerise.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LocaeRise</a>: LocaeRise turns daily essentials into real school funding. Be sure to bring an empty container or bottle!</li><li><a href="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/www.relovetechnology.com" title="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/www.relovetechnology.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Relove Technology Limited</a>: Supporting local businesses to sign up to the Government's IT 'Reuse for Good Charter' and helping to close the digital divide in our communities.</li><li><a href="https://www.re-runn.com" title="https://www.re-runn.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">RE-RUNN CIC</a>: Showcasing upcycled sweatshirts and jeans, along with the different stages of how a garment is deconstructed and remade, so people can see the process and skill involved.</li><li><a href="https://www.savetheworldclub.org/" title="https://www.savetheworldclub.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Save The World Club</a>: Promoting "The Circulatory" warehouse, which is a circular economy hub along with their offer to the public, public sector, charitable sector and business sector in Kingston upon Thames.</li><li><a href="https://www.thinkclock.com/" title="https://www.thinkclock.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ThinkClock</a>: ThinkClock Battery Labs is an R&amp;D-driven organization focused on Battery Health Analytics through non-invasive spectroscopy, Digital Twins, and advanced AI/ML models. ThinkClock will exhibit their non-invasive EV battery testing technology — a 3-minute Flash Test that identifies the health and reuse potential of used EV batteries.
