The endless pool with video analysis is a great resource to have your swim stroke analysed and find out exactly what you need to focus on!

Using our 10 Phase front crawl technique methods this is a 5 week intensive front crawl technique swim course where you'll learn the most about correcting your swim stroke from the Speedy Swimming technique experts!

We can show you real time pace improvements in the endless pool by focusing on stroke corrections and technique refinement - showing a difference in pace per 100 metres.

Speedy Swimming has provided high level quality triathlon and front crawl swim coaching for over 20 years. We’ve coached all levels of triathletes and masters swimmer, plus many beginners.


Held at an endless pool in Ripley Surrey, our swim video analysis sessions for adults, are a fantastic way to correct your technique and enable you to achieve your potential!


Starting with a front crawl swim technique video analysis in the endless pool, you'll learn visually what stroke corrections and technique drills you need to do to swim more efficiently and with more speed.


Using our coaching expertise, we'll teach you how to swim more efficiently with less effort with a choice of swim coaching lesson options as follows:

Stage 1 - Discovery Swim Video Analysis Session

​Our Discovery Swim Video Analysis Sessions offer a great introduction and first step towards:

  2. Learning which stroke corrections to apply
  3. Integrating your personalised swim drills to muscle memory

Stage 2 - 5 Week Accelerator Programme

This is a 5 week technique improvement course, following after your Discovery Session

Do you want to increase your distance per stroke and stroke efficiency speed and stamina?

  • Track improvements with before and after video playback analysis
  • Develop your swim efficiency
  • Learn how to correct your swim stroke
  • Coaching that encourages you at every stage of your swim training

Stage 3 - Monthly Subscription Swim Lessons

These sessions are for all levels of front crawl swimmer:


  1. Triathletes - sprint to Ironman distance and beyond
  2. Beginners who can swim 25 metres
  3. To those wanting to improve their open water skills and techniques from 750m to 14km swims.


WHAT TO EXPECT:


Each session lasts for one hour and will include a 5 minute warm up and includes a coach analysis of your front crawl stroke technique above and underwater.


Following your video analysis assessment and explanation of drills and stroke corrections and how to swim more efficiently, we'll then proceed to working through a range of your swim drills each week. These will progress at your level over the next few lessons.


You’ll receive your personal swim drills after each swim lesson by email for you to practice in between swim lessons, as well as a full stroke analysis, and a sample session to put your drills into.
