Part of the Highgate Dance Collective — a collaboration of 5Rhythms and Open Floor facilitators offering weekly dance sessions in Highgate.
Join me (Luz) for Ecstatic Conscious Dance — a space to release, reconnect, and explore in community through intuitive movement and music.
No experience needed!
Together we’ll dance to a vibrant blend of rhythms, with touches of Brazilian and South American vibes. An invitation to arrive just as you are, connect with yourself and others, and let your body lead the way.
Each session is held within a grounded, welcoming environment where everyBODY is invited to move and express freely.
