Escalate Lite!
Overview
This is an exciting new course for Healthcare support workers/Clinical Assistant workforce/ Health Care Assistants to explore and reflect on when to escalate in the clinical environment and who it is appropriate to escalate to. This course is relevant for all staff in a support role who are patient facing (Generally band 2 – band 4).
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the Healthcare Support Worker role in identifying patient deterioration and escalate as appropriate.
- Understand A-E assessment and how to prioritise patients needs
- Utilise SBAR handover
NB: This course is held virtually and you will be expected to participate on camera. Therefore please ensure you can attend from a suitable environment.

- External Clinical Assistant Workforce - £50.00
Payment
External learners can pay for this course by debit/credit card or invoice.
