Question 1

Can I come to the fitness class and not the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes - and vice versa - you don't have to come to both, but the idea is to benefit from both.  This is a trial format so I will be learning from what works and adapting as we go.

Question 2

Do I have to pre book?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  If you are doing the fitness class I need to know your health information and check that you are safe to exercise of if there is anything I need to know about your pregnancy or pelvic floor for example.  I will need you to complete a PARQ before attending.

Question 3

Can I bring my baby/toddler?

Accepted Answer

Yes - The only thing I will ask is that during the workshop, if you have an active toddler, it may not be the most useful space for you or for others if there is lots of noise and disruption.  I will be talking and sharing videos and experiences so I do need people to be able to hear me.

Question 4

Can I have a shower between the class and workshop?

Accepted Answer

Sadly no, but I am aiming to have tea/coffee/maybe a couple of healthy snacks that you can refuel with.  Feel free to bring your own snacks and baby's food.

Question 5

Is there space for buggies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring your baby in the buggy and keep them in there while you exercise, or use them as your additional weights.  You can also keep buggies outside the exercise area out of the way too.
