Get ready to knead, top, and bake your own delicious focaccia from scratch in a fun, relaxed atmosphere
Hi everyone
This is Giovanni : an italian baker, baking teacher and bread ambassador for Real Bread Campaign: an independent charity based in UK, which research and share methods to produce better Bread for the community and the planet.
During the workshop we will make 3 focaccias frok scratch
• Focaccia di bari : thin and crunchy, topped with cherry tomatoes, olives, Oregano, and plenty of oil.
● Tuscany Focaccia with sugar, grapes and rosemary.
● Cocoa and chocolate chips Focaccia.
Hot drinks refreshments and recipes will be included
