Looking to get to grips with containers this year?

Join Ben Hall, founder of Katacoda, for the first of Contino's DevOps workshops on the Foundations of Kubernetes.

In this hands-on, half-day workshop Ben will take you through the basics of what Kubernetes has to offer and get you on your way to deploying your applications!

This workshop is designed for people who understand the concept of containers, but wonder how they work at scale and in production. Please note, you will need to bring your own laptop to the session to take part in the practical activities.

• Initialising a Kubernetes cluster

• Deploying and managing applications

• Using databases on Kubernetes

• Monitoring containers

• Running Kubernetes in the cloud

By the end of the workshop, you'll know how to get started with Kubernetes, be confident to deploy their applications and how to take the next steps to continue their adoption.
