Please bring yourself, comfy clothes, water bottle, journal and pen, eye mask, and a yoga mat or similar to lay down on. Anything else that will help you feel extra comfy and warm.

How to find Kent house and parking

The centre is a 5 minute walk from Knightsbridge station and there are bus stops on the main road outside Both are less than 500 yards away. Street parking is available using pay and display meters (Ringo / paybyphone).
