Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that restores the flow and balance of energy within the body, mind, and soul. Reiki is based on the belief that there is a life force energy “Ki” that flows through every living thing. When this energy becomes blocked it can lead to illness and disease.

What is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is an alternative therapy that uses sound vibrations to improve and maintain emotional and physical well-being. The practitioner uses instruments which create vibrations to encourage the vibrations in the body. These instruments include gong, Tibetan bowls, drum and chimes.

What should I bring/wear

Its best to dress in loose and comfortable clothes and drink plenty of water before and after your retreat.

Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided for your comfort, but you can bring your own if you wish to do so.

My name is Blaithin. I’m a Sound healer, Reiki master and intuitive energy healer. I have worked a nurse for over 30 years in both the UK and Australia. I recently moved  to London after 27 years in Australia. It was a big decision, but I felt a strong pull to return home and start a healing centre
